Configuring Xnews to use Newsgroups

Download the latest version from http://xnews.newsguy.com/

Unzip to a folder like “Xnews”

Enter Server Name

Enter Alias

Enter Username and Password if required

Enter your info here. But don’t recommend entering a valid e-mail.

Click Yes

Sit back and wait for the latest newsgroup list to be downloaded.

To search for a specific topic type a name in the white search field at the bottom of the screen.

To subscribe to specific news group right click and click subscribe.
